Will my goods be safe?


100%. Our storage facilities are CCTV enabled, pest and weather proof. At myrentspace, we take care of your belongings with utmost care.




Will my goods get mixed with other orders?


No, each item of your order is barcoded and labeled with your unique order id which helps in identification.




Can i visit the storage?


Yes, you can request to visit our storage facility by contacting our customer care team or by raising a request via my accounts section on the myrentspace website.




Are there any items prohibited for storage?


Storage of food, liquids, liquor and inflammable substances is prohibited.




What happens if I am not available at my place on the day of order?


Our ground team calls you on video and take you through the entire process. We also share pictures of your goods at different points - at your home before packaging, after packaging, when loaded to vehicle & finally when stored at the facility.




What is the process for withdrawal? Are there any charges involved?


You can send an email to info@myrent.space or call us directly. Withdrawals can take upto 7 days based on slot availability and delivery charges are applicable.




Are there any discounts on long term storage?


Yes, we offer upto 20% discount on long term storage and it can be availed when you pay the rent for the storage tenure upfront.
